outlook sending wanted mail to junk

Outlook is sending mail that it is on the friends list in mailwasher to the junk email folder.

To prevent mail from going to the junk folder in outlook 2002.

On the tools menu, click rules wizard...
In the Apply Rules in the follow order box, click exception list
In the Rule description box, click Exception list
Click add
Enter the e-mail address for the person you wish to mark safe
click ok (there will be three stages of ok buttons)
