Slow downs when entering a run (going from tab to tab).

This issue was submitted by Chris McCall with Weston Lewis. He reported a slow down in the client when a run report is open. His complaint was that it was taking several seconds to go from tab to tab. This was a windows 7 64-bit machine. After remoting the machine I used "task manager" to find that a windows process "svchost.exe" was consuming a very high percentage of cpu resources (60-90%)but only when a run was open. Closing the run would cause "svchost.exe" to drop to 00-01 cpu resource consumption. Running virus scans and "ccleaner" (registry cleaner) did not fix the issue.

Fix:

Uninstall the client and reinstall
